Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together and pour all ingredients into a hot, buttered (melted) iron skillet and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
