Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. catsup
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except pork chops, to make a sauce.
Place lean, thin sliced pork chops in baking dish and cover with sauce.
Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
