Cranberry-Apple Conserve - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. peeled, diced apples
3 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. golden raisins
2 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root or 1 tsp. spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
