My Mom'S Tender Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make a well in the flour and drop into it the egg, milk and salt. Mix with a fork and then with your fingers until it forms a very stiff dough. Roll out on floured surface until very thin. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice into thin noodles. Spread noodles out and let dry at least 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup, bouillon, boiling beef or chicken broth. Cook 10 minutes.
