Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. butter
3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Saute
onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter; spread 1/2 herb
dressing
mix
in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Heat 1/2 cup butter in 1 cup water and pour over mixture.
Mix chicken, sauteed onions
and
celery,
mayonnaise,
salt
and pepper. Spread over crumb mixture in baking dish.
Blend eggs and milk and
pour over mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
