Roquefort Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Roquefort
    1 c. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. minced chives
    2 Tbsp. beaten eggs
    toasted bread rounds
Preparation
    In mixer beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add Roquefort and chives; blend well.
    Add 2 tablespoons beaten eggs.
    Mix well and chill until firm.
    Toast bread rounds on one side; spoon mounds of cheese mixture on center of toasted side.
    Place low under broiler until lightly browned.
