Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal (yellow)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    Place 3 tablespoons batter on hot ungreased griddle. Spread in a thin circle (375\u00b0).
    Turn onto other side and lightly golden.
