Easy Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef cubes
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 to 4 stalks chopped celery
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. tapioca
    1 dash oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 heaping tsp. instant coffee
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish with cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 4 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
