Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 6 tablespoons juice.
    Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice and melted butter.
    Pour over pineapple chunks and toss with grated cheese.
    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
