Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
2 cans green chilies, diced
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
3 large tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Cook and stir beef with onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread into dish; sprinkle with chilies.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds, in blender or high for 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
