Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 roll (squeeze) garlic cheese
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Add soup and mix until heated thoroughly.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Serve hot with crackers.
