Ma'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    10 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    2 large cans crushed tomatoes with puree
    red cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck until completely cooked.
    Drain fat, leaving only enough to saute chopped onion and crushed garlic. When vegetables are tender, add both cans of crushed tomatoes. Add a splash of red wine, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese and Vegetable Magic.
    Let simmer for several hours and serve over hot spaghetti or linguine.
