Meat Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf toasted bread
    2 pkg. or 1/2 lb. crackers
    1 1/2 qt. crumbled cornbread
    giblets from 10 fryers and the necks
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/4 c. raw chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    8 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Soak bread,
    cornbread and crackers in about a quart of water. Stew
    the
    giblets
    and
    necks
    separately.
    When this cools, pick the
    meat
    from
    the
    necks
    and grind with cooked giblets. Stew
    the
    hamburger
    meat
    with
    onions,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Mix all
    of this into the first mixture.
    Add onions, celery, salt, pepper, eggs and all the chicken broth.
    Bake in a roast pan which is covered with foil and bake 1/2 hour.
