Fried Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 back strap
    self-rising flour
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    soy sauce
    lard or bacon grease
Preparation
    Slice meat thin.
    Beat well on both sides.
    Marinate with soy sauce for 20 minutes.
    Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Flour well.
    Fry in lard or bacon grease until golden brown.
