Country-Style Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 clove garlic, minced
hot cooked rice
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 medium onion, sliced
fresh basil for garnish
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towels, reserving drippings in pan.
Crumble bacon; set aside.
