Double Taffee Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Set first 3 ingredients aside.
    Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat all of this for 2 minutes; pour 1/2 of batter in pan and then 1/2 of brown sugar mixture on top, then rest of batter mixture on top of this.
    Top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
