Mandarin Orange And Curried Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box tri-colored ruffled rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, semi-drained
1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
1/2 c. raisins
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta al dente; rinse with cold water until cool and place in bowl.
Add chopped chicken breast, mandarin oranges with half of the juice they are packed in, yogurt and mayonnaise.
Mix together.
Then add curry powder, sugar, toasted almonds, raisins and salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients well.
