Fruity Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15.25 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    4 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    12.5 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    13 oz. can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine tidbits and next 6 ingredients.
    Mix well. Combine 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry powder.
    Stir well and add to chicken mixture.
    Chill.
    Stir in noodles just before serving.
