Oatmeal Scotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. quick-cooking oats or old-fashioned oats
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. butterscotch-flavored morsels
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Beat butter and sugars in another large bowl on medium-high speed 3 minutes, until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl after 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla until combined.
