Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild bulk sausage
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 c. water
1 can water chestnuts
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and celery.
Drain well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in a covered container for 1 1/2 hours.
