Pecan Pie(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry pie crust shell
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. melted oleo (1/2 stick)
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Turn on oven and set at 375\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly in a 2-quart bowl.
Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted oleo.
Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake near center of oven 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm.
Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken, but will become firm when cool.
