Ingredients

3/4 c. crushed strawberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (8 oz.) tub thawed Cool Whip
Easy Crumb Crust
Preparation

Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in bowl.
Spoon in ice cream and blend.
Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
Freeze if necessary until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust and freeze until firm at least 4 hours.
Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
Store any leftover pie in freezer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
