Mother-In-Law'S Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    liver of turkey
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 loaf stuffing bread
    3 or 4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 or more boiled and peeled chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Add liver, chopped beef, parsley and thyme.
    Cook until done.
    Remove crust from bread. Soak in water and squeeze out.
    Add to meat mixture along with eggs and season with salt and pepper.
    Add chestnuts and mix thoroughly.
    Stuff your turkey.
