Light Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or 4 egg whites or egg substitutes equivalent to 2 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. corn oil or safflower or canola oil
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; blend all other ingredients until batter is smooth and just thick enough to coat a spoon.
    If batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
    Cover and let stand 1/2 hour.
