Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skinned, diced apple
1/2 c. unskinned, diced apple
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. toasted, chopped walnuts
chopped romaine lettuce
Preparation

Combine the diced apples, celery, mayonnaise and mustard. Arrange salad on the chopped lettuce and top with the walnuts. Serve at once as the apples will discolor if left out.
