Cook-Out Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine cracker or bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Make 6 patties.
    Broil 5 to 7 minutes or longer.
    Baste with barbecue sauce on both sides. (Won't dry out or fall apart.)
