Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rice
    1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cup regular milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Mix cornstarch with a little milk, add egg yolks and mix well.
    Add this mixture and the rest of the milk to the rice.
    Add sugar.
    Cook in a large pot until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes of boiling.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
