Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
2 sticks margarine, softened
5 chopped scallions
4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley salad dressing
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients (except bread) in bowl and whip with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread mixture on bread lightly.
Broil until lightly brown. Grated Mozzarella can be placed on top before broiling.
