Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and drained
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells as directed on package; drain. Mix onion, spinach, instant bouillon, garlic powder, thyme, cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Fill shells with spinach mixture. Arrange in greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Pour tomato sauce over shells, and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly. About 25 minutes.
