Foolproof Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco.
In separate dish, mix egg, water and vinegar.
Combine mixtures and chill.
Can be chilled from 1 1/2 hours to 3 days.
Take out and roll at once.
