Great Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
4 to 8 pork chops
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Reserve 4 tablespoons and pour remainder
over
chops.
Marinate
overnight.
Grill over low coals, turning and basting frequently until done, but still juicy and tender.
Combine
mushrooms with 5 tablespoons marinade and 1 tablespoon
butter.
Microwave
on
High
for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Serve over chops.
