Corn Pie With Meat Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 lb. chopped meat
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    green pepper rings
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion and crumbs.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add ground meat and mix well.
    Pack firmly on a 9-inch pie plate. Hold in place with another plate.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
    Remove top plate and bake 3 minutes longer.
