Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs and oil.
    Mix until well blended. Add combined flour, oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda. Mix well.
    Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, spreading evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
    Cool completely before icing.
