Reduced Fat Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. squash, sliced thin
1 c. skim milk
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 c. nonfat cracker crumbs
4 egg whites
2 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
3 slices American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
black pepper to taste
Pam cooking spray
Preparation

In a saucepan, stew squash for 15 minutes.
Spray 2-quart casserole dish with Pam and set aside.
