Mom'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
    6 or 8 apples, pared and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put apples in square pan (8 x 8-inch).
    Mix in sugar and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Pat apples down flat.
    Mix flour, sugar and margarine well in a bowl with a pastry blender and spread mixture evenly on top of apples.
    Bake in a moderate oven about 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and topping is a golden brown. Will serve 8.
