Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, sliced
    1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    4 corn tortillas
    12 tomatillos
    4 cloves garlic
    4 to 8 chiles serranos
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Saute chicken.
    In a saucepan, combine tomatillos, half the garlic, chiles and onion.
    Cover with water and cook for 20 minutes.
    Combine with remaining garlic and cilantro.
    Process in the blender.
    Heat tortillas in skillet.
    Top with cheese and chicken.
    Fold in half and pour hot green salsa over.
