Chicken Or Beef Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and cubed chicken, turkey or roast beef (as you choose)
    1/2 large green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 large red pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 pkg. frozen \"stir-fry\" vegetables
    1 jar Major Grey's mango chutney
    1 can broth (chicken or beef)
    4 c. cooked white rice
    cornstarch (corn flour)
    hot Madras curry powder
    salt
    pepper
    parsley (as garnish)
Preparation
    Fry the chopped peppers and onion in a tablespoon of butter. Add frozen stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
    Add broth.
