Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    2 chopped bell peppers
    2 shredded carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cover cabbage, pepper and carrots with cold water with 2 teaspoons salt added.
    Prepare broth with sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar by bringing to a boil.
    Cool.
    Drain cabbage mixture from water.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Put into containers and freeze.
