Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. pecan halves
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat egg white at high speed with electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in nuts. Combine butter and coated nuts in an 8-inch baking dish. Stir to coat thoroughly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool before serving.
