Ham N Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. diced peeled potatoes
1 lb. cubed, fully cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

In a skillet, saute onions and green peppers in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Combine onions and peppers with potatoes, ham and mayonnaise. Pour into ungreased 11 x 7 baking dish. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter. Stir in flour and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in cheese just until melted. Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
