Jean'S Tuna Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice or V-8 juice
    1 can water packed tuna
    chili seasoning
    chili, kidney or red beans (optional)
    onions (optional)
    fat-free cheese
Preparation
    Drain tuna well.
    Pour juice in saucepan.
    Heat until warm and add chili seasoning to taste.
    If you are using onions and want to use a large amount, saute them lightly and add to mixture.
    Cook onions in juice a little.
    Add beans and tuna.
    Stir all ingredients and let cook 15 minutes.
    Make sure onions are cooked to your liking.
    Serve it in a nice bowl; sprinkle fat free cheese on top and serve with fat free crackers.
    This is not as bad as it sounds.
    Good substitute for chili if you are dieting.
    You do not get indigestion from this chili.
