Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 oz. bitter chocolate
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt shortening and chocolate together.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to chocolate mixture.
    Beat eggs; mix with sugar. Add to mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
