Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken, boiled and cubed
    2 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked
    1/2 lb. butter (1 c.)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 qt. milk
    2/3 c. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 jar pimentos (optional)
    1 jar mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Boil fryer; skin, bone and cut into pieces.
    Set aside.
    Cook macaroni; set aside.
    Fry pepper and onion in butter.
    Add milk and flour; cook until thick.
    Add cheese, mushrooms and pimentos, then add soups.
    Add macaroni and the chicken with other ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 until brown. Serves 20.
