Crab-Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 1/2 oz. can crab meat
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Slice baked potatoes in half.
    Scoop pulp from inside and retain shells.
    Mix together potato pulp, butter, cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, pepper and crab meat.
    Fill potato shells with mixture and garnish with paprika.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
