Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
4 c. peeled, cored, grated apples
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring all but vanilla to a boil for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla. Spoon over cake.
