Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    3 eggs
    1/4 lb. crackers, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Flake salmon and add eggs. Mix well. Add crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into balls the size of a tablespoon. Fry in oil in deep fat fryer until golden brown.
