Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared or bought pie crust
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. strained baby apricots
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat 3 egg whites until very stiff. Fold a cup of strained baby apricots into them together with lemon juice and sugar.
    Pour into crust. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    This dessert is low in calories and high in fiber content.
