Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. diced bell pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 lb. salad shrimp
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add seasonings; stir until blended.
    Stir in bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and heat.
    Use flour at this stage to thicken.
    Taste for additional seasonings. Serve over rice.
