Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes
margarine or butter
sliced cheese
milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 pork chops
Preparation

Peel and parboil potatoes.
Line (ungreased) casserole dish with half of the potatoes.
Add 4 pats of butter on top of the potatoes.
Then add sliced cheese on top of that.
Add a second layer of potatoes, butter and cheese.
Lay the pork chops on top of all this.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fill casserole dish half full with milk.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
