Sauteed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. fresh basil
    1 shallot, peeled and chopped
    1/2 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned with tails left on
    1 lemon
    salt and freshly ground parsley sprigs
Preparation
    In a saute pan or skillet over medium heat, heat oil with basil; add shallot.
    Saute until tender; do not brown.
    Add shrimp and cook, stirring 3 to 5 minutes, or just until pink.
    Squeeze lemon onto shrimp; season to taste and sprinkle with parsley. Serve from pan at table.
